4. Account Creation & KYC

Users must complete mandatory KYC verification to access services. You agree to provide accurate and valid documents. Providing false information or fraudulent documents may result in suspension or termination and possible legal action.

5. Payment and Redemption

Transactions are processed securely through trusted digital payment gateways.

At maturity, savings can be redeemed for jewellery or equivalent gold/silver value at prevailing market rates.

Ramprakash Jewellery reserves the right to:

• Adjust pricing, taxes, or charges based on applicable law
• Modify plan terms with reasonable prior notice

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Misuse or manipulate savings/payment processes

Ramprakash Jewellery may suspend or terminate accounts in case of violations.

7. Data Privacy and Security

By using our platform, you consent to our Privacy Policy. We safeguard data using:

8. Refund and Cancellation

Refunds are not applicable once a savings plan is initiated. We have a No Return policy

Ramprakash Jewellery is not responsible for fraudulent activity by third parties. Users are responsible for verifying official communications before making transactions.

15. Arbitration Clause

In the event of disputes, matters shall be resolved under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Arbitration will take place in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, in the English language.

16. Disclaimer of Liability for Third-Party Misuse
